Excavation

Had water backing up in my basement so I called a different company and was given 2 choices which were extremely expensive. I found Drain Scope Solutions through google and gave them a call for a second opinion. Eric responded right away and was at my house by noon. Eric and Devin found a better solution to my problem that made more sense to me and was at a more affordable price. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any plumbing needs as they are honest and transparent with what the issue is and finding a solution that makes sense.

The care and service provided is beyond compare. Art is responsive and dedicated to the entire project. Buying my first home there has been multiple problems and they made me feel at ease like I was calling family to help. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and service needs I will definitely be referring! Thank you so much for helping a disaster become a positive experience for a better future! I recommend getting a camera service prior to buying your home it can save you a headache heartache and hassle! Gracias por todo

Eric was quick to help me find the right help with my septic pump. He is always so professional, kind and helpful. They see everything through and are a big help to the community!

We would recommend Drain Scope Solutions. The estimate was thorough and understandable. The crew was professional and attentive to our neighbor's concerns about the overflow dirt on their driveway as well as thoughtful to carefully remove and old rose bush so that it can be replanted.

Had a emergency at my home with a clogged toilet pipe stuck on the main line and they came and did a great job with fixing the issue very quickly and they were very helpful

Devan and Papi came out to scope what was going on with my sewer line. They are the 3rd company I used within two years and will remain on speed dial! They were personable, understanding, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, patient and considerate. They walked me thru the process answered every questioned I had and explained thoroughly the steps I need to take.

Drain Scope Solutions, as the name suggests, is just that. We had a reoccurring and mysterious leak in our basement. Turned out to be root penetration into our sewer line. Devin and the excavation team that came out to assess were timely, honest, kind, and communicative at every step of the process from diagnosis to remediation. Thank you all! We will be doing business with you again.

We needed our main sewer line replaced. The whole process was a lot less stressful working with the team of professionals at Drain Scope Solutions. They were fast, courteous, and informative. They took the time to answer all our questions, explained the entire process, and were on sight for the duration of the project. I highly recommend Eric, Art, and the team at Drain Scope!

They are very professional, quick to respond and showed up on time. Devan was friendly and showed genuine concern with the plumbing situation and took care of the problem. I highly recommend their team!

Last night was ruined when I noticed my standpipe overflowing with water and some toilet paper/flushable wipes, which I know is bad on my part. I learned a lesson for sure. I went on my Thumbtack account and reached out to some plumbers. Drain solutions responded at 6:30 am and had me scheduled for 10am. I was very impressed!!!!!! I spoke with Eric and confirmed my appt and he explained the process and gave me the names of the 2 ppl I should expect, which were Art and Deven talk about great customer service and professionalism all the way around. I would highly recommend this company. I would be screwed if it weren't for their prompt service and communication. The price was amazing, $425; another company would've charged me $700+. Thank you, Drain Solutions, for your existence. It's hard to find reliable/honest ppl.

We're buying a new home and wanted to make sure we weren't getting into something expensive, so we called Drain Scope Solutions. They arrived right on time, were very personable, and did a thorough examination of the drain system. We got videos and pictures, as well as a running commentary as they were investigating. They even offered us a discount on a cleaning service if we wanted to pursue it after we closed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Drain Scope Solutions! Art and Eric are truly great people, and working with them was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past, so we were so pleasantly surprised by the incredible care and honesty we received from this team. Our experience started with a phone call where Eric spent almost twenty minutes answering all of my questions. He offered professional advice and explained everything in very fine detail. Even though it was already late in the afternoon, he kindly offered to come out the same day. During the entire call, I never felt rushed. I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was talking about, but even more than that, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping us. We were dealing with a minor backflow from the pipe that our washing machine drains into. When they arrived, they used a high tech scope to inspect the line. It was actually a really neat experience because Eric kept showing us the screen and explaining everything in detail, providing photos along the way so we could see exactly what was going on. He recommended a de-scaling treatment and explained the reasoning behind it perfectly. We took his recommendation, and it completely fixed our problem. Drain Scope Solutions is an amazing company with great guys and very affordable labor rates. You simply cannot get this type of premium, white glove service from anyone else. They have earned our trust completely, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

David and Devon came to my home and did a camera inspection of my pipe. They were thorough and explained everything. Glad I called them.
