Drain Scope Solutions, as the name suggests, is just that. We had a reoccurring and mysterious leak in our basement. Turned out to be root penetration into our sewer line. Devin and the excavation team that came out to assess were timely, honest, kind, and communicative at every step of the process from diagnosis to remediation. Thank you all! Last night was ruined when I noticed my standpipe overflowing with water and some toilet paper/flushable wipes, which I know is bad on my part. I learned a lesson for sure. I went on my Thumbtack account and reached out to some plumbers. Drain solutions responded at 6:30 am and had me scheduled for 10am. I was very impressed!!!!!! I spoke with Eric and confirmed my appt and he explained the process and gave me the names of the 2 ppl I should expect, which were Art and Deven talk about great customer service and professionalism all the way around. I would highly recommend this company. I would be screwed if it weren't for their prompt service and communication. The price was amazing, $425; another company would've charged me $700+. Thank you, Drain Solutions, for your existence. It's hard to find reliable/honest ppl.

We're buying a new home and wanted to make sure we weren't getting into something expensive, so we called Drain Scope Solutions. They arrived right on time, were very personable, and did a thorough examination of the drain system. We got videos and pictures, as well as a running commentary as they were investigating. They even offered us a discount on a cleaning service if we wanted to pursue it after we closed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Drain Scope Solutions! Art and Eric are truly great people, and working with them was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past, so we were so pleasantly surprised by the incredible care and honesty we received from this team. Our experience started with a phone call where Eric spent almost twenty minutes answering all of my questions. He offered professional advice and explained everything in very fine detail. Even though it was already late in the afternoon, he kindly offered to come out the same day. During the entire call, I never felt rushed. I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was talking about, but even more than that, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping us. We were dealing with a minor backflow from the pipe that our washing machine drains into. When they arrived, they used a high tech scope to inspect the line. It was actually a really neat experience because Eric kept showing us the screen and explaining everything in detail, providing photos along the way so we could see exactly what was going on. He recommended a de-scaling treatment and explained the reasoning behind it perfectly. We took his recommendation, and it completely fixed our problem. Drain Scope Solutions is an amazing company with great guys and very affordable labor rates. You simply cannot get this type of premium, white glove service from anyone else. I had a clogged toilet overflow at a homeowner’s house and needed help fast. They responded quickly and did an amazing job. Very professional, respectful, and knew exactly how to fix the problem. He cleared the clog, made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. It is hard now a days to find a plumber to come out right away. I really appreciated the quick response and quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
