I cannot say enough wonderful things about Drain Scope Solutions! Art and Eric are truly great people, and working with them was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past, so we were so pleasantly surprised by the incredible care and honesty we received from this team. Our experience started with a phone call where Eric spent almost twenty minutes answering all of my questions. He offered professional advice and explained everything in very fine detail. Even though it was already late in the afternoon, he kindly offered to come out the same day. During the entire call, I never felt rushed. I could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was talking about, but even more than that, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping us. We were dealing with a minor backflow from the pipe that our washing machine drains into. When they arrived, they used a high tech scope to inspect the line. It was actually a really neat experience because Eric kept showing us the screen and explaining everything in detail, providing photos along the way so we could see exactly what was going on. He recommended a de-scaling treatment and explained the reasoning behind it perfectly. We took his recommendation, and it completely fixed our problem. Eric and his crew are extremely professional and friendly. We needed to get our exterior piping replaced due to root growth and orangeburg piping. We called Drain Scope on a Friday within a couple hours Edwin came to unclog the pipes. Edwin was extremely respectful and provided us good advice. By Wednesday the crew was at the house ready for the replacement. Finished with a couple hours. Eric provided us with payment options and discounts that may apply. We had a clog in our main sewer line and I reached out to Eric and his team after being referred to them by a good friend of mine. They responded immediately and had their tech David at my house the next day! David was an awesome tech and assessed the situation with a camera and a snake. Called a lot of places to fix a issue in my lateral that needed excavation, a lot of people up charged on the quotes but Drain Scope Solutions came to us with the best quote and did the job that was needed in no time. What a wonderful experience in the middle of a plumbing disaster. This company treated us with the utmost respect. I called Drain scope when my wife kept trying to do laundry but water kept appearing on the floor as we thrown the load in and walked away called Drain scope seen them on google with great reviews, Dave came and told me lint and dusty and dog hair will drain into the laundry line and clog the pipe then gave me camera inspection and showed me I had roots in my line from the tree in my front lawn and gave a short term solution and a long term fix and that they are able to do both they gave me the prices and I went with long term cause I don't want any more backup problems they gave me a great price on replacing the pipes with the roots havent had a problem since.
